MTV VMA 2020 nominees & Winners



 VMA / What is VMA? 

The MTV Video Music Award (VMA) is an award presented on the cable channel called as MTV to Honor for the best in the music video. MTV video music award is also called as 'Super Bowl for the Youth'.

The award Statue which is given to the winner is an astronaut on which represents the MTV VMA award called as Moon Man. In 2017 chris McCarthy the president of the MTV stated that the statue given to the winner that winner will be called as moon person.

 The statue was devise by Manhattan design and the logo for MTV was designed by Fred P Seibert. and was produced by Alan goodman and buzz potamkin at Buzzco Association. now the Statue is made by New York York Firm. 



When it is held ? (2020)


The annual VMA ceremony occurs before the end of Summer and held at the end of august or mid-September.

The 2020 MTV VMA award was held in 30 august, 2020 in New York city. Keke palmer was the host of the ceremony.

Fan voting for their favorite artist on julyb30 and ends on August 23.


Due to pandemic of covid 19,the ceremony were held in limited or no audience for the safety of people.

In 2020 VMA, Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande were the lead nomination with the list of nine - seven of which were for there new fue collabe called as 'Rain on me'. Billie Eilish and the weekend with six each.
